What are your delivery charges?
FREE for orders over $100 and $15 for orders under $100.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Bank Transfer payments.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to have orders delivered within 7 days maximum.
How secure is shopping on your store? Is my data protected?
Our store is very secure and your data is protected by an SSL certificate. All credit card information is entered into Stripe and is never stored on our server.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Payment is made and then the ordfer is picked at one of our warehouses and sent out to you. Everything is wrapped and posted discreetly.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes your invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you when you place an order online.
